The wings housing the training, living and sport facilities are faced in brick, a typical material for the region, and are arranged in a fan-like pattern around a communicative area. The central cafeteria opens up toward this square. A rather closed, urban character defines the building façades along the street, while the residential wings enjoy an obvious connection to the surrounding landscape.
