Four bar-shaped buildings enclose an almost square garden courtyard to form a street pe-rimeter block. Three of these ‘bars’ contain just short of 100 rental apartments, while the fourth contains the training centre, trainee accommodation and offices of the Continentale insurance company. Both the residential units and the training centre open to the quiet green courtyard.
