Four U-shaped buildings are being developed following the B1 main road just opposite the “Westfalenhallen“. The buildings have parallel rows in their upper levels, at right angles to the main road which is characterised by heavy traffic. A light glass roof on filigree steel columns seems to float above the boulevard parallel to the main road. It combines all the buildings into a rhythmically structured unit.
