Large roof terraces subdivide the upper level and the staggered top floor of the long building that visually seems to consist of four single houses. The south façade is divided by a grid, visible from the outside and following the structure of the load-bearing components. The storey-high windows of the south façade alternate with adjustable wooden elements.
