Residential development Fischbeker Heidbrook

Project information

The design states an architecturally powerful sign for the centre of the ‘Fischbeker Heidbrook’ quarter. In each two L-shaped buildings and two point houses face each other and formulate a common centre, the central park, which is clearly defined. Projections and recesses as well as strong incisions in the facades structure the building mass and underline the sculptural character of the building ensembles. The proposed bright clinker, as a continuous facade material in slightly nuanced beige and grey shades on all exterior facades, is based on classic ‘Hamburg’ brick facades and supports the plastic appearance.
