Was Ihre Aufgaben sein werden:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Aufstellung von Rechnungen für geleistete Planungsarbeiten und Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge
  • Sie unterstützen die Projektteams bei der Budgetierung und dem Forecast.
  • Sie begleiten die Projekte betriebswirtschaftlich durch z.B. Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche, Kalkulation von Nachträgen und Projektauswertungen
  • Aufbereitung betriebswirtschaftlicher Daten
  • Pflegen und Optimierung der bestehenden Controllingsysteme
  • Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen

Was Sie auszeichnet:

  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium wie Wirtschaftsingenieur, Bachelor of Arts, etc., eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Wünschenswert aber keine Voraussetzung ist Berufserfahrung im Controlling und Kenntnisse im Bereich Rechnungswesen
  • Sie haben gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
