The parish hall is situated in front of St. Ludgerus Church on the southern church square and is part of a cluster of buildings, which encircle the church. A closed elongated tract along the street accomodates the secondary rooms. The parish hall, the assembly rooms and the library open up towards the church with large glass façades and colonnades in front.
