Since 20. October 2017 Professor Eckhard Gerber is on a 10-day lecture journey in China. The journey started with a lecture at the Chinese Chamber of Architects in Guangzhou Foshan (see photo) in front of 100 well-known architects. The journey continues to Shenzehn. Today he will present to young architects at the „Bureau of public works of Shenzen Municipality“ his office and its architectural design. On 2017-10-24 Professor Gerber will hold a lecture at the Architecture Faculty of the University in Hunan. After the lecture Professor Gerber will be awarded with the title of Honorary Professor. Two days later the lecture journey will continue at the Faculty of Architecture and Fine Art the Technical University in Dalian, where Professor Gerber will accept a position a guest lecturer. The last lecture will be held on 2017-10-27 at the Architecture Faculty of the Technical University in Harbin and also at Harbin Professor Gerber will be granted with the honour of the awarded title as Honorary Professor. With these awarded titles the Chinese universities appreciate the work of Professor Eckhard Gerber.
