PHOENIX Wohnen GmbH & Co. KG is developing two apartment blocks with a total of 16 flats on one of the last remaining plots on the slopes of the north bank. The plans for the site include not only high-quality single flats and flats for young couples or as retirement homes from 65 m², but also family flats of up to 148 m². The flats are characterised by clear structures and light-flooded rooms.
The planned two-row residential complex also features two different house types, which will be designed with gardens, loggias and roof terraces. The urban structure, which blends into the topography of the lakeshore, was taken up in the planning of the residential concept. The result is a terraced ensemble of buildings that gives all the flats a south-westerly orientation. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens up the flats to the lake and the gardens on the sunny side. Interior and exterior spaces flow seamlessly into one another, offering both open space and privacy. A flexible floor plan design – including a variable arrangement of the walls – caters to the individual wishes of the future owners.
Aesthetics and functionality take centre stage, and a very clear structure has been developed for this location that meets today’s living requirements with a high level of comfort.
