The angular basic structure of the new three-storey building encloses a landscaped square while the comb-shaped layout of the building wings on the opposite side links them closely to the surrounding green belt. Two special buildings – a rotunda and a cube – complete the ensemble, which is clad with bricks, material typical of this region.
