“East Gate” Hamburger Straße, Dortmund

Located in the immediate vicinity of Dortmund’s city centre, East Gate stands for living close to the city centre with the advantages of a green, traffic-calmed inner courtyard. The area between the former East Goods Station and a main access road to Dortmund city centre, which was previously used as an industrial estate, is being transformed into a residential quarter close to the city centre.
