Project information
The Hubland residential development in Würzburg is a distinctive urban structure, but also fits sensitively into the existing structures. Six four-storey cubic buildings of different sizes are surrounded by an outdoor complex with a high-quality design. They are slightly offset in relation to one another. This allows the apartments to offer an optimized view, and ideal light conditions. They are all two- to four-room apartments ranging from sixty square metres to 110 square metres in size, distributed across all levels and constructed on adaptable floorplans and with different-sized windows. The light-coloured façade, with its glazed loggias, emphasizes the structures’ homelike appearance.
