Project information
The apartments “An der Lutter” combine a central location with attractive retreats and lounges. The U-shaped structures surround three courtyards, which offer students space for communication and leisure activities. Wooden benches invite you to linger. The landscaped rest areas create a connection to a traffic-calmed street and at the same time open up to the surrounding residential buildings. The three courtyards function as architectural poles of tranquillity due to the coherence of the ensemble to the north and the sound-absorbing façade.
