On the one hand, the fan-shaped basic structure allows the nursing home to open completely to the outside and to be closely linked to the landscape; on the other hand, a hall, open to nature is created, which not only offers advantages in terms of care technology and functionality, but above all serves the residents’ communication. Transparent corridors open up the flush-fitted rooms, which all have balconies.
