Residential Buildings with Daycare facility at Sports Area Circle 62

Project information

In the center of Hamburg’s Stellingen district, a new neighborhood is currently being developed on a total area of 73,500 square meters, featuring over 700 apartments. It is situated in a park-like landscape, characterized by old and valuable trees. In spring 2022, the first construction phase was completed on Stellinger Steindamm. Construction site A consists of two building blocks with around 55 residential units, as well as a daycare center with 160 places. The layouts of the new apartments, ranging from one to five-person units, are designed as triple units, except for the ground floors accessed from the south, and each features a balcony facing south or west. The daycare center is located in the building block closer to the Sportplatzring and is connected to the large green area. Through variations in shape, height, and brickwork, the two residential buildings create a transition between the heterogeneous surrounding buildings.
