The residential development on Cramerstrasse defines a 4500 m² former commercial area in Schweinfurt’s ‘Gründerzeitviertel‘ as a homogeneous quarter with a quiet and identity-creating atmosphere. The development of five point houses arranged loosely on the property, offset from each other, offers a variety of space for green park areas and at the same time enables optimal lighting of all apartments. The chosen grain size of the outer shell and the height development of the structures develops from the scale of the surroundings. All 55 apartments have access to the exterior in the form of spacious balconies and loggias, or terraces and gardens on the ground floor. With flexible floor plans and living areas between 46m² and 111m², the quarter is suitable for different age groups and lifestyles.
