Projektinformation
The new Vogelkamp-Neugraben residential quarter is being created in Hamburg’s Neugraben-Fischbek district. By 2019, more than 1,500 residential units for around 3,500 residents are to be built in the 67 hectare district south of the river Elbe. A mix of detached, semi-detached, terraced and apartment houses is planned. As part of the ‘Living at the Quartierspark’ development, two blocks of linked apartment buildings are currently under construction on Torfstecherweg. The shorter block consists of three and the longer block of five modules. A total of 77 new apartments are planned as two- and three-room apartments, between 55 m² and 75 m² in size. For the façade design of the four-storey town houses, the reddish-brown brickwork typical of Hamburg was chosen, which blends harmoniously into the surroundings. In addition to the new buildings, a playground will be provided as part of the neighborhood park, as well as parking spaces for residents.
